I'm currently seeking clients for reoccurring weekly visits. Preferably M-F between 9am and 2pm. I am always accepting clients that need drop-in visits or boarding for vacations or similar needs and incorporate those visits around our daily routine. Boarding dogs fit right in with our everyday schedule. They wake up with us and go out first thing in the morning along with having their breakfast and some time to play. They are only put away for night time and when we are out of the house. I accept vacation drop ins and fit them in my schedule as needed. I go to my regular reoccurring pet-sits M-F from mid morning into the afternoons.

Safety, trust & environment

Our yard is unfenced so your dogs potty breaks are always supervised on the leash you bring. All dogs must be crate trained for night time and when left unattended for their safety. I have a dog and a cat that are both dog friendly, but can be kept separated from boarding clients during their entire stay if necessary. I ask that you bring anything that they normally have at home including any beds, toys, treats, and enough food for their whole stay.

Information Tori K. would like to know about your pet

No breed preference but compatibility is a must. It's important for me to know if they crate trained, dog friendly, and are child friendly. I always keep my eye out for the sake of the dog so our kids don’t bother them but it's good to know how they are from your perspective. Anything else special pertaining to your pet: food allergies, medications, certain areas they may not be a fan of being touched, etc. Vaccines and flea treatment needed: - DAPP (a.k.a. DHPP) Vaccine - Rabies Vaccine - Leptospirosis Vaccine - Bordetella (Sometimes Called Canine Kennel Cough) Vaccine - Canine Influenza Virus (Dog Flu) Vaccine - Any topical or oral flea medication given within the past 30 days

A typical day

If I am dropping by your house, I'm able to walk your pets in your neighborhood and around your home or just hang out with them in your yard or inside. While on a stay at my home we will take walks in our yard, play with toys, and lounge around outside away from busy traffic and houses. We can also hangout inside with plenty of room to still get out some energy or find a place to lay!

Pet care experience

Hello! My name is Tori and we are the King family. My husband's name is Andrez and we have two young daughters Maisie (7) & Mallorie (3). We also have a 2 year old male Irish setter named Weasley and a 10 year old female cat named Dopplett. I grew up with a variety of dogs from big to small and was fortunately introduced to pet sitting and dog boarding at a young age. When I was a kid I tagged along to many pet sits with my Aunt and officially started working for her, as a kennel assistant, in 2015 at Smith Station grooming & boarding. She retired in 2018 so I began doing pet sits and in-home boarding on my own. I have now been pet sitting and boarding for 8 years. Working alongside my Aunt, especially at the kennel, helped me gain a lot of experience and gave me so much more knowledge about dog behaviors and interactions. Not only by working hands on with them but also by completing computer based training. It also gave me the chance to care for elder, aggressive, shy, special needs, and diabetic dogs which helped me become very comfortable administering insulin for those pets. I also gained experience introducing dogs to one another and supervising safe play. This has helped me tremendously boarding dogs at home with my own. Along with myself, my husband and daughters partake in caring for the pets in my care. They often come with me as we incorporate all my pet sits into our daily life. My boarding style is in home and family oriented. With that in mind compatibility is important. At this time I'm geared towards family friendly, dog friendly, crate trained dogs as well as all cats & critters! I really enjoy being able to help pet parents and their four legged friends. I'm excited for the opportunity to take care of new clients and promise to treat your babies like my own!

Had no clue how Rover would work out for us. Koda wouldn't have met Tori if not for Rover. Never had a note or picture from any other sitter but Tori did. I never was worried because TorI communicatied from the start. Koda's happy and I'm thankful. We will stay in touch...Thanks Tori

I absolutely recommend Tori..100%!! She helped me out with very, very short notice for a weekend stay for my dog. She took very good care of my boy. This was our 1st time leaving him anywhere with anyone so we were a little apprehensive but she eased our feelings as soon as we met her! She sent some awesome pics a couple times throughout the days and gave me updates, which I thought was great! My pup seemed to have a great time at her house. I will definitely use Tori again on the future!
