Pet care experience
I currently work at Dogs Trust, so I've got lots of doggy experience, of all breeds, shapes and sizes. I've also had lots of experience working in other rescue shelters across the world, such as in Asia, South America and in Europe! I have done dog sitting for friends and family and send regular updates and photos to make sure the owner can relax, knowing that their pet is happy and safe :) I completed an Animal Behaviour and Welfare Degree at University and have always had a keen interest in animals! I'd say that animals are better companions than humans (lol). I've volunteered at a Canine Hydrotherapy Pool which was very interesting to be a part of and also worked at a dog training and boarding kennels, so I feel I have lots of experience working and being around dogs :)

If you’re looking for someone who truly cares for the happiness of your doggie best friend, Toni is your person. Incredibly attentive and calm in personality, I had no doubt my dog would be in good hands. Toni has looked after my dog several times both for short periods during the day and longer periods for when I am away and each time I know doggo is going to be cared for with kindness.
Toni became quite the hero for me and my small family when we decided to go on holiday. Angus, my dog, is my best friend, my inspiration and my closest thing to a son. safe to say i was reluctant to leave him with anyone. this included family and friends. Toni, took that uncertainty away. She not only convinced me, through her loving, approachable and super friendly manor to let him stay with her, but also showed me that you can go away when you have pets, after finding the perfect dog sitter for him. Toni kept us updated with pictures, messages and phone calls which i thoroughly enjoyed seeing. Angus was just as happy with Toni as he would have been at home with us, so i can only thank her for that. But the true testament of how good she is is the attitude and the love that Angus showed her. i am convinced if he was ever to leave home, i would know exactly where to find him, tucked up with Toni and her wonderful family. I run a dog charity and i have had years and years of experience dealing with dogs, and their people, and i can honestly say people like Toni are few and far between.

I am patient, attentive and caring, so always giving your doggo the best time, whether that is popping round for a visit, a play and toilet, or having a nice walk in the park. I love an adventure and love walking so I'm very happy to walk! If your dog prefers a more chilled atmosphere, I am also more than happy to relax at home. I have walked many dogs in public and non public spaces, so I am confident walking your dog on lead. I can also be trusted in your home with your dog (I have had many responsible roles in the past, I was a keyholder and managed a shop by myself). I am always happy to answer any questions about myself.

I would love to know your dog's likes and dislikes, if your dog can have treats, toys, if your dog has a good recall, if your dog is reactive to other dogs/people/things and how old your dog is :) These are all useful things for me to take into consideration when I'm planning your dog walk/visit/sit.
A typical day
A typical day could be a lovely walk in a park, a puppaccino from a dog friendly cafe (if the owner is happy with this) and a play (or sit down and fuss). I am very happy to fit the dogs needs and make their day extra enjoyable! :)

Availability
I work part time, and my work schedule changes weekly, one week I work 3 days, the next week I work 5 days. I also work every other weekend. So my schedule is pretty flexible as I am available weekdays and weekends. I am also flexible with my evenings after work! So just give me a message and I can see if I am available:) (Even though I have marked some days as unavailable, this just means I'm at work during the day, free in the evenings! So please message me for any availability:) )
