Tim has been quick to respond and available each time I've requested his services so far. I love the updates and I know my little old doggo is well cared for!

This is a difficult review to write. Timothy was outwardly very kind and had a great set up to take care of the dogs. We had a meet & greet before the scheduled stay which went well. My dog had plenty of places to lounge and free play in the yard. He provided lots of videos and pictures which I loved, and kept me apprised of how she was eating, pooping, and getting along with the other pups. I feel I had to remove a star because when we came to pick up my dog, we heard him yelling at someone (or a dog?) to ‘Get the F upstairs right now!’ and was fairly drunk when he opened the door to greet us. My dog didn’t seem scared when he opened the door, so I don’t think he was yelling at my dog. However, I’d prefer my dog not to be in an angry environment in the future.
