I feel so incredibly lucky to have found Tian on Rover. From the very beginning, she has been nothing but professional, kind, and genuinely caring. My dog is reactive to other dogs, and I was initially a bit anxious about how things would go. But Tian immediately put me at ease with her calm, confident approach and her clear experience handling dogs with different temperaments. She’s clearly experienced and attentive — every time, I get thoughtful, detailed updates about their walk together, including how Bao Bao did, what they encountered, and any sweet little moments they shared. It really means a lot to know that someone is not just walking my dog, but actually connecting with her and paying attention to her individual needs. I can tell Bao Bao truly enjoys her time with Tian — she gets super excited every Tuesday when seeing her. That alone says so much. Tian’s reliability and warmth have made a big difference in our routine, and I’m so grateful for the peace of mind she brings me. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like their own, I can’t recommend Tian enough. She’s a gem.

Incredible dog sitter! Tian was so caring that we felt at ease leaving Achilles with her. She was thorough with her introduction and questions and followed our instructions to a T.
