We are a pet loving family with a very goofy Boxer/American Bulldog mix! I will care for your pets as if they were mine and follow any specific instructions you provide. I am very experienced in supplements and comfortable with storing and feeding raw diets. I also have extensive experience with seizure care, paralysis, deaf and/or blind dogs, and can administer medication. Our back yard is 1.5 lots so it's larger than most in our area. It's also completely fenced in with a six foot privacy fence. My teenage children are comfortable with having dogs around and are extremely dog savvy. In general, spending time with four-legged friends is what makes my family it's happiest! Contact me anytime for a meet and greet or to schedule your stay! This is what a typical day looks like: Everyone goes outside in the morning for a potty break, then I separate everyone for breakfast. I have lots of toys around the house for your dog to chew and play with. When it’s time for a nap, the dogs are allowed to sleep wherever they feel comfortable. We go outside in the afternoon to run and play. In the evenings there are lots of cuddles!

Our shy baby warmed up so quickly to Theresia and her family! We received regular updates and Eloise seemed happy and comfortable during her stay. We were especially grateful for Theresia’s availability during a busy time of year!

I was pretty nervous as this was my first time dropping off my young male rescue with someone, but Theresia answered my questions and was very flexible, even letting me drop off a toy ahead of the meet & greet to do a scent exchange. Our first stay went well and I was so glad to hear her feedback!

Schedule
I am a teacher during the day, so if your dogs are booked with me during the typical school year, they will be home with my dog while I am at work. I do not teach during the summer so I am home much more during the day!

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog will be kept entertained as they prefer it. High energy dogs are given ample time to run and explore the yard. Lower energy dogs have their selection of couches and beds to rest on.

A typical day
Most exercise is done in the backyard with toys and running around. If your dog is used to walks, I will give him/her walks as part of his/her stay!
