I have been involved in raising dogs, cats, livestock and more since I was in diapers. The first part of my childhood was spent living with Shitzu's, while the second half was spent with Bull Mastiffs, shepherds and other medium-large breeds. Simultaneously, I was involved in the caretaking of many cats, sheep, pigs, horses and more fun kinds of animals. I was the kid our neighbors often relied on to care for their pets when they went out of town. My favorite thing about adulthood, and even apart of motherhood that I love, is being able to continue bringing animals into our lives and loving on them for as long as we can. I am also a part-time photographer and will use any chance I can to photograph animals!
