Pet care experience
I grew up in a household full of different animals and let my passion for animals drive me to work in a vet clinic during highschool. Fast forward to 2025, I'm the proud mother of a golden retriever puppy named Raia (Rye-uh). Sometimes it feels like I have a toddler running the roost, but I wouldn't change it for the world. We've been through 4 months worth of in-person puppy & dog training classes, aced kennel training, learned how to manage undesirable behaviors, discovered new places on our walks, and experienced the joys of kennel cough. I'm excited to bring with me what I've learned and continue to learn. I'd be more than happy to meet your furry loved ones to see if I'm a good fit and can do a puppy playdate to see if your dog would enjoy their time here with Raia. : )

My puppy & kitties are basically my children. Our cats are indoor cats that tell us what to do & are only high maintenance when it comes to food. Raia, my golden, is high energy and needs plenty of attention. We play in the backyard, go on long walks in new places, do doggy playdates with new friends or dog parks, practice training items, and of course enforce nap times. I'm more than happy to care for your dog in this way or in your personal way.

A typical day
Brain games like sniffy mats, licky mats, & hidden treats. Walks & jogs around neighborhoods, parks, and natural areas. Dog park visits if okay'd by you of course. Pool & water toys on hot days. Fetch, chase, & tug-a-war. Treats & training/tricks. And of course downtime, snuggles, & naps. Happy to do some grooming as well, like baths, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing. Would love to send photo updates to you to show you all the fun they're having!

Availability
I'm currently taking a break before jumping into a new job, focusing on earning a couple of certifications. So I'm pretty open to weekdays, weekends, days, and nights. I of course need to pencil in time for my own pup or she'll disown me - but otherwise I'm completely flexible. : )
