I’m currently working part time so I will have plenty of time to play with, walk, and give potty breaks to your lovable four legged family members. I’m typically available between 7am and 7pm.

When I first meet a dog or cat I approach them with caution. I want them to feel as comfortable as possible with a new person in their home. Once they’re comfortable with me I like to give a lot of positive reinforcement with love and treats. I have experience in low-stress handling as well. Happy to take dogs out for potty breaks, walks, and play time. Also happy to care for cats.

It’s important for me to know if your pet has any hard stops. Ex: I’ve taken care of a rescue dog that was severely afraid of people wearing hats so I made sure to avoid doing so. I would also love to know their favorite treat, belly rub spot, or game so that I may build a positive connection with them.
A typical day
Happy to play their favorite game, take them for a walk and provide lots of love. On walks I typically let the dog lead the way as long as it’s safe.

Pet care experience
I’ve worked a cumulative of 5yrs in vet care before becoming a nurse. I have experience with both the medical care and boarding care of cats and dogs. In the past I have house-sat for clients with 4+ animals and provided walks, playtime, meals and even medications for 3+ days at a time. I also have experience raising puppies from 6months of age. While dogs are my favorite, cats hold a special place in my heart. Currently we have two big, loving fluff ball's of our own.
