PLEASE NOTE: During the summer, I do not walk dogs on city streets between the hours of 10 am and 8 pm. It gets too hot for me and the pups. I don't mind taking them to a park though!

When house-sitting I prefer to have a visual walk through of procedures and also written instructions. I follow orders exactly and contact owners if there are any questions. I send pictures often of pets. I keep homes and animal areas as they were when owners left. I am also comfortable administering medications.

I need to know if dogs have certain triggers, allergies, or fears. I need to know whether or not they are food-aggressive or aggressive towards other animals. I would like to know what your pet's diet looks like and if they have special needs. It is also important for me to know what their exercise needs are.

I love playing fetch, even if I'm the one who is fetching most of the time, haha! Summer is a great time to take out the garden hose or kiddie pool. I like hiking on the Bosque or at the Elena Gallegos Open Space even though I don't go as fast or as far as some hyper pups might like. I love taking doggies out for a pup cup at Starbucks.

Hello, my name is Tabatha and I started pet-sitting for my aunt and her 7 cats when I was 14. I am now 35, and she now has one doggy that I continue to care for. I always enjoy the time I am able to spend with different animals as a pet sitter. I grew up in a rented home and wasn't able to have my own pets until I was 16. At 16 I was adopted by a beautiful tuxedo tom cat named "Moo." I had 15 wonderful years with my baby. My partner and I just adopted a stray kitten we found. Her name is Sprout. She is playful, but not aggressive. We are currently having clients do a meet and greet with her at our place before accepting any boarding requests. I've been a volunteer at the Albuquerque Eastside shelter, and I am looking forward to volunteering there soon, and at some point Walking in Circles Ranch. I have taken an animal first aid course with the Red Cross and hope to further that knowledge more this year. I have experience with small pets like mice, guinea pigs, and hedgehogs. I am comfortable with all breeds of dogs and cats. I also pet/house sit regularly for multiple-pet homes.

My 2nd time using Tabatha and she's been great! She's very communicative, takes pics and plays with my pups as requested. Very grateful I can leave home for extended amount of time without worry.
This is my first experience with Rover and my first experience leaving my cats to someone else’s car here in New Mexico. I am very pleased and happy with Tabitha. My cats took to her when she came for her meet and greet with them. One cat is anxiety-ridden and the other really doesn’t like new people. So this was a pleasant surprise. I and my cats felt very comfortable setting up a schedule for Tabitha to come visit with them. They were very well taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend Tabitha to anyone who especially has cats.
Tabatha saved the day! This was my first time using Rover here and luckily she was nearby and available. Extremely kind and generous, she played with my dogs as requested, took photos. I left them home for the first time in our new space in complete peace. Thank you, Tabatha.
