Before any booking, I like to ask about your pet’s daily routine, feeding schedule, and any medical needs or quirks I should know about. I’ll also check on walk preferences, favorite toys or treats, and any rules around furniture or off-limit areas. Knowing how they handle alone time, any anxiety triggers, and your emergency vet info helps me give the best care possible. I’ll also ask how often you'd like updates and photos while you're away!
A typical day
For dogs, “fun” might mean playing fetch in the backyard, going on walks to explore the neighborhood, or even doing some light training to keep their minds sharp. I enjoy mixing in playful activities like chasing bubbles, trying puzzle toys, or just a good brushing session. With cats, “fun” could be laser pointers, feather wands, or window-watching is always a hit, and I make sure they get plenty of attention (on their terms, of course).
