I have a huge love for animals!
I grew up in a household full of animals, caring for a husky, a German shepherd, three cats, two bunnies, and a hamster. This gave me hands-on experience with pets of different sizes, temperaments, and care requirements. I've also dog-sat numerous times, including for pets needing medication, which I have administered with care and precision. My background ensures I'm comfortable with diverse needs, from playful puppies to senior pets. I bring a nurturing approach, a deep understanding of animals, and a commitment to treating every pet like they're part of the family!

Sydney was amazing with my kitty Ivy Dior ! I needed a last minute babysitter as my first one bailed on me and I needed someone to watch my pumpkin as I went out of town and at the last minute Sydney came through and saved the day ! She kept me up to date with how she was doing and stuck to my instructions I had let her know. What made me decide to stick with her was I called her and I could visually see and hear how eager she was to sit Ivy. I am def pleases 10/10 ?
Sydney has been a loving pet caretaker all her life, she bonds with every animal she sees and each pet owner will feel safe and happy working with her.

I currently have a very open schedule, and can be at home most of the day. I would have lots of time to spend with your pup or kitty.

In my home, I provide a safe, comfortable, and pet-friendly environment where animals can relax, play, and feel at ease. I follow the owner’s care instructions closely, ensuring their pet’s routine, diet, and exercise needs are met. In a client’s home, I maintain their pet’s usual routine to minimize stress. I provide companionship, regular walks or playtime, feeding, and medication administration if needed. I keep the home tidy and respect the client’s space, ensuring their pet is happy and well cared for in familiar surroundings.
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy and active with engaging activities tailored to their needs and energy levels. For dogs, I enjoy taking them on walks around the neighborhood/playing in the house/outside. Fetch, and games of tug-of-war are always a hit, too. For cats, I provide interactive play with toys and plenty of cuddles. I aim to ensure every pet feels entertained and loved during their time with me.
