Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Susan. We have a young and very playful 13-month-old big dog and she wasn't equipped to deal with him. He was too playful and active for her and she was unable to manage him. She seems better suited to watch sedate dogs. She did communicate promptly with us and sent us photos during his stay, as promised.

I would happily have Susan take care of Ruby anytime! I felt comfortable that she was always being well taken care of and had other dogs around that she could play with!

Susan is a great caregiver and our dog really seems to like being at her home. We've always had a great experience and appreciate Susan's communication, her taking our dog out for walks, and her flexibility on drop off & pick up. Highly recommend!

Dog loving Family

We have one dog (a chihuahua mix) who would love to have company to play in his backyard.

I have worked for two vets in the past, and enjoy all dogs. The best part of my day is taking my dog for a daily walk in our quiet neighborhood.

There is always someone home, to make sure your pet is never bored or lonely. I have a very flexible work schedule and have two grown ...

What Susan would like to know about your dog

I find it is best for the dogs to meet outside of our home for the first time. Generally, I like to walk the dogs (along with their human parents) with my dogs, before introducing them to my home and yard. By then the dogs have met on neutral territory and have a much easier time getting to know each other safely. Usually each family knows their dogs personality and can share what works for each dog.

When Susan watches your pet

Here's where we'll take our walks
We have a beautiful neighborhood in Chatsworth. We actually bought our house because we fell in love with the neighborhood. We are close to a park and horse trails.

Your dog's sleeping arrangement
The dogs can sleep in our bedroom, family room, or living room. I am also accustomed to crate-trained dogs, if they are used to sleeping in their crate.

Time I'll spend with your dog
Depends on the day, but a one-half to one hour walk each morning if requested. Also lots of play and cuddle time throughout the day.
