I work part-time (9-2) and my husband works from home. Weekends are the best time for overnight furry friends but I’m happy to have daytime visitors or walking buddies most other days.

We have a two-story home with a sunken living room. Dogs should be okay with stairs! Our yard is fenced and secured. We have a pool. We do have a doggy door and the pups always have access to drinking water. I can crate if needed or provide a separate space if any dog seems overwhelmed or anxious.

My dogs love to play chase me and wrestle. They’re not super rough players, though! I need to know about any behaviors such as food-guarding or triggering touches.

I like to take long morning walks followed by food/water and rest. Plenty of outside time playing fetch or chase in the afternoons and cuddles as needed!

I’ve had dogs of various breeds my entire life. My husband and I have completed beginner and intermediate dog training through PetsMart. We are dog lovers and very attentive!

Susan and her family were wonderful hosts to my pup, Buddy :) I appreciated all the pictures and updates so much and communication was always very easy! The whole family (fur babies included) were so kind and made Buddy feel right at home. Can’t recommend Susan highly enough!
Thank you so much to Susan and her family for taking such wonderful care of Miley for six days. She had a great time and was clearly loved and well cared for. Susan kept me updated throughout the stay and sent me pictures, which meant so much to me—especially since this was the first time I ever left my baby. I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such amazing hands. This definitely won’t be the last time. Highly recommend this amazing family!
