Pet care experience
Our animals are part of the family!
We have owned fur babies for the last 25 years, from dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, goats, as well as pet hamsters and rats. We've had the privilege of taking care of our cats and dogs almost 25 years. We have had them from puppyhood and kittenhood to their geriatric years (two dogs to age 16!). Currently we have three yellow labs; two that we adopted from my parents when they passed, they are, 4,4, and 9 years old. We have always had our dogs trained with the basic obedience commands and we only use encouraging words and actions to help them learn. Many of our animals were rescue pups. We also have dog friendly indoor/outdoor cats.

Schedule
I work part time at home as well as on call work when I am available. I am an early riser and can work as early as 5:30am and as late as 8pm.

Safety, trust & environment
We offer in home care, to include drop off, doggy day care and pet sitting for dogs and cats. I would also be open to short term pet care in a clients home and I am especially interested in dog walking as well as field trips trail or park walking, and dog parks for dogs that enjoy it. I am also able to provide transportation to vet appointments.
Pets
A typical day
I love to be outdoors and I have a playful nature. I enjoy hikes, walks and visiting dog parks. I do not tire of playing fetch, exploring new places, or providing relaxed structure either through a regular routine to include working on certain training goals.
