I would want to know there routine, when you would normally walk them, the types of walks, around the houses, in a park. Preferred meal times, snack allowances, special quirks that they have, if coming to stay at my home, could you supply something with your sent on it, that I could place down for them the first night to give them added comfort.

Ben, my dog when feeling energetic loves to be chased, loves belly rubs, and stealing my seat as fast as possible, with your dog I would play the way you do with them, being fetch, tug of rope, catch with a ball/frisbee. My activities with them would be as if they were home with you. My hope is to make them feel happy and at ease, and try and match there routines as if they were still at home. If I am visiting your home to look after them, I would again mimic how you would interact with them.

Susan did a great job looked after our aging 15 year old dog. She is a great communicator always responding quickly and was well prepared for drop of and pickup.
Definitely I will count on Susan on the future! I had a lot of feedback about how Tom was and what was happening while I was away on holidays. You can tell that she really cares, lovely to met her :)

Susan had Bramble for the week. We had previously used kennels but just felt it wasn’t right for Bramble. We registered with Rover and found Susan. Susan was quick to respond to our initial enquiry and we arranged a meet and greet. We were happy with the set up Susan has and it’s clear she loves dogs. Susan kept us updated with messages and pictures whilst we were away which was great. I would definitely recommend and use Susan again. ❤️
