I have hands-on experience raising and caring for my own dog from puppyhood. As the primary dog walker and caregiver, I played a major role in his daily care, including potty training, teaching him his name, and training basic commands and tricks. This experience taught me patience, consistency, and how to understand a dog's behavior and needs at different stages of development. Because I helped care for and train a young puppy, I'm comfortable working with dogs that require extra attention, structure, and exercise. I understand the importance of maintaining routines, providing positive reinforcement, and ensuring pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. As an incoming pharmacy student at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, I'm also highly responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to following care instructions closely. I treat every pet as if they were my own and prioritize their safety, happiness, and well-being.
