Where do we begin? We were so nervous about leaving Nicky with strangers. And we are truly so grateful to have found Susan and Brian. Full disclosure, we thought about not writing this review so that we could keep Susan and Brian all to ourselves, but we know that they will take very, very good care of other, beloved pets so here we are. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Susan and Brian! They made sure that our human and the furry family members were comfortable from the start. Communication was excellent. They made sure to keep us updated with regular messages and photos. They also created a little “report card” upon our return so we knew exactly how and what Nicky was doing each day — such a thoughtful touch! They went above and beyond while caring for our dog. When Nicky had unexpected tummy issues, they handled it with such care and ease. We had peace of mind the entire time we were away. We highly recommend Susan and Brian to anyone looking for reliable, attentive, kind, gentle, funny, dedicated and wonderfully caring sitters for their furry family members.
