Experienced and the love for dogs are what makes me unique as a dog boarder. If you are looking for a quiet stress free secure and happy place for your dog to relax, look no further. Safe house and garden with lawn at the top of the garden steps. The house is in a nice quiet no through road. Woods 5 minutes away, parks nearby, beach 10 minutes in the car.

No other pets or children will be present when I look after your dog(s) so if your dog(s) is/are not used to living with other pets or children there is no need to worry. Your dog won't be left alone either to get anxious in unfamiliar surroundings (unless discussed with owner first) there can always be someone at home (we are retired). My husband is excellent with dogs and likes to go for walks with them.

I will not look after some breeds of dogs. When I receive a request I will decide then whether to go ahead with a booking or not.

I have many years of looking after older dogs. Administering their medicine. Not able to administer injections though. I encourage older dogs to eat and take them out for gentle walks if they are able. I have even purchased some dog steps to help them onto the bed if they want to go. Usually they don't want to get down though.

**“My home-boarding fee is £39 per night. I keep my numbers very low so your dog receives calm, safe, one-to-one care. I treat every dog like my own, with lots of attention, walks, cuddles and updates. Many places take several dogs at once, but I focus on quality, safety and individual care, which is why owners choose me again and again. Boarding one dog at a time or 2 if from the same family. We can't thank Susan and Julian enough for looking after our little old girl Ruby while we were away last week. Ruby settled beautifully and was obviously so happy and comfortable with them that she didn't seem to want to leave! Susan provided multiple updates during the week which really put our minds at rest knowing that she was so well looked after. We wouldn't hesitate to book another stay and would recommend Susan and Julian to anyone who needs a caring, loving home from home for their dogs while away. Peanut stayed overnight with Susan and Julian to see how he’d be before he stays for a full week whilst we’re on holiday. Both Susan and Julian are lovely and very caring. Peanut had a successful stay and was very settled. Susan kept me updated with pictures and messages. Thank you Susan and Julian for taking such good care of Peanut xx
This was a last minute booking which really helped us out. Benji came back very happy and looked after
