I’ve had a house full of animals since I was born (cats, cockatiels, lovebirds, parrots, fish, and two dogs - a pointer and a sheltie). I went through various levels of training with my sheltie and did agility with him. My partner is a full-time certified dog trainer so I have learned a lot about leash reactivity and dog behavior in general from her. I am dog/cat CPR certified and I got that just to feel like I could take better care of my cat but it works out for Rover services as well!

It's safe to say that Stephanie loves dogs/cats more than humans. When she comes over she spends the first five minutes on the floor giving the dogs some love. She also cares for her own little cat and has gone out of her way to make sure he has a great life. Furthermore, Stephanie's partner is a dog trainer and has given us countless tips on training and temperament. Individually and together, I would trust them with any animal.
Stephanie is an exceptional pet sitter. She’s well informed on pet safety (paying close attention to detail), she genuinely loves every dog and kitty, and she leaves the home immaculate. Stephanie sends report cards of how everyone is doing and what they did for the day. I would trust Stephanie with my pets and home anytime and highly recommend her.

Please let me know if your dog is reactive to anything in particular and if they have any food allergies. Also, please let me know if they are crate trained or if they will be free roaming when I’m gone. If free roaming, please let me know if they have a history of chewing/destruction and/or potty accidents.
A typical day
I’ll do whatever fun activities your pet loves! If they want to go on a walk 10x per day, we’ll do that! If they want to cuddle on the couch for 12 hours, we can definitely do that! I’m a big fan of puzzles so I will definitely be incorporating that into our day if they’re interested!
