Pet care experience
I had two large dogs until I was 12, I currently own 2 cats, and I've been fostering ever since. I've taken care of over 30 foster dogs of varying sizes, ages, and breeds, and 4 very young foster kittens with lethargy. I am especially great with larger dogs, and I specialize in trauma-based training for pets. I am skilled at grooming and individualized care for your pet, and I find working with all animals to be incredibly rewarding.

Sprout took care of my dogs while I visited the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and she was fantastic! She’s sweet, reliable, a great communicator, and made the whole experience easy. Most importantly, my dogs were happy and relaxed when I got back. Highly recommend!

I will only ever take one job at a time, and I always plan the dog's care according to surrounding. I believe in gentle reinforcement, and respecting animal boundaries. Your dog will never be off leash or collar unless I get your explicit case-by-case permission, and I adhere to strict feeding and medication schedules. Your dog will have structure and, most importantly, unconditional love in my care.

As a personal policy, I do not take long term housesitting gigs or recurring walks without a meet and greet first. Let me know if your pet has a history of aggression, accidents, seizures, etc. Medical history is important, and your pet's health and happiness is the top priority
A typical day
I take your pets on walks (cats too, if part of schedule!), play with them, and let them discover new smells around the neighborhood! If there's a strict feeding and/or medication schedule, I am extremely diligent about that.

Availability
My partner and I have two cats of our own, and my family has been fostering dogs for almost a decade, so I have experience in the day to day side of pet care. I am available to do morning walks as early as 6am, evening walks as late at 10pm, and I also offer dog washes on Tuesdays and Thursdays!
