I’ve grown up surrounded by animals my entire life, including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and fish, and I’ve been pet sitting for family and friends since I was 15. I’m also Cat & Dog CPR certified and a proud cat mama to two sweet cats of my own, Iris & Manu Chao. I’ve worked with several local animal rescue organizations, including the Louisiana SPCA, ARNO, and Trampled Rose Rescue. I also worked at a veterinary clinic for two years and volunteered at a zoo hospital for one year, where I gained hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals. I’m comfortable administering medications, giving baths, and attending to the individual needs of different pets. I was originally studying to become a veterinary technician before changing paths to pursue a career as a pharmacy technician, so I’m also very familiar with common medications and understand how important it is to follow instructions carefully and consistently. I’m naturally very attentive to detail and take pride in making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I love going for walks and getting exercise, and having a four-legged companion along for the adventure makes it even better! Whether your pet needs medication, extra patience, a good walk, or simply some loving company while you’re away, I’m happy to give them the care and attention they deserve.
