1.7 Acre Property with Main House, Garden Sheed, Greenhouse and small koi pond. All 3 board fencing and secure non climb fencing. Small area close to house fenced for easy access on main level for easy outs. No stairs to climb. Easy access to I-81 I-66, Rt. 522 & 340, Rt. 50. Country living close to Winchester. Country living in a secure fenced 1 acre area. Approximately,12 miles northwest of Winchester. My mornings are consumed with activities surrounding my pets. We walk, run, train. They get special snuggle time, grooming and socialization with family, friends and canine friends. They love to help me garden, explore their land, chase butterflies and fireflies. This is a special bucolic setting in the country that your special pet will love. Please ask for pricing for special needs, elderly care and rehabilitation. Sonja was amazing! She's super friendly, easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to messages. She welcomed my dog, Toby, into her home and treated him as one of her own. She sent us pictures and updates each day. Toby is very active and Sonja made sure he got plenty of exercise hiking and playing. I highly recommend her. Thank you, Sonja!
Delightful person to leave our dog with, and we definitely hope to board him with her again in the future. We enjoyed the pictures and updates, and it seems like he had a great time. She even give him a bath when he got dirty!
We had last minute plans come up and we weren't able to bring Stella along with us. Sonja saved the day and was able to take care of Stella even with the short notice. Stella really enjoyed the stay with Sonja. We highly recommend Sonja and will certainly book her again!
I cannot say enough great things about Sonja and her beautiful, fully fenced in home in Flint Hill VA. The care your pup will receive is top notch! Not only does she love them like her own, she also has many years experience and knowledge caring for dogs of all ages. There is truly nothing better then piece of mind when you're on vacation, then knowing your pets are receiving the best care possible on their "vacation". I highly recommend Sonja.

Their personality, routine and up-to-date vaccine and medical records and emergency contact info. All will need to be on flea and tick preventative prior to coming into my home. I am able to accommodate dogs no more than 25 lbs. and a max of 3 at a time.
A typical day
We can take walks through the garden and property. I am able to teach basic obedience, and Agility for additional pricing. I am an AKC Fit Dog AKC Star Puppy and CGC Evaluator, so I am able to engage them in fun activities. We love to hike locally, so if that is something that a Pet Parent would like I can give you pricing on this extra service.

Availability
I am retired and involved in Performance Sports with my dogs. My time is spent working with my four dogs and am used to watching other small dogs as my schedule is very flexible.
