She was amazing, communicative and took really good care of my two cats!
Not really sure if I can book it one more time. I felt very bad when I picked him up. She puts AirTag on my cat which I thought was fine but it seemed tight so he lost hair around her neck and he also lost a lot of weight. She should have let me know if my cat was not comfortable or not eating.
She is very thoughtful and friendly to cats. Can handle different types of cats.
Siying is a very responsible person. She shared photos and videos with me every day throughout Tongqian’s multi-day stay.
