We had a great experience with Siwei. She is careful, responsible, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. She took excellent care of our dog, kept us updated regularly with photos and messages, responded very quickly to any questions, and made us feel completely at ease during our time away.

We visited Helsingborg for concert and were fortunate to have Siwei J to take care of our little dog while we were away for some hours. We're very happy with the care provided. Siwei took him for walk, played with him just the way he likes, and made sure he felt comfortable and happy. It was clear he didn't miss us during those hours—he truly enjoyed his time with Siwei. She also provided us with updates in regular intervals. Thank you for treating him so well!
