I have experience volunteering at animal shelters and at a wild animal sanctuary. I have also lived with all kinds of dogs--large, small, and giant--my whole life. Growing up with so many furry companions and helping to take care of them only expanded my love for animals. At eighteen, I adopted a Pitbull/Labrador. For the first time in my life, her wellbeing was my responsibility alone. I did not receive any help from my parents in taking care of Molly. However, our relationship grew strong, and she helped me get in shape and become a cross country runner. Sadly, Molly passed in 2022. When I lived in Seattle I worked for a dog walking company and took care of many furry companions including cats. And a couple months later I moved to Greensboro for grad school, but I missed the opportunity to meet all kinds of dogs and cats, so I came to Rover to take care of the pets in Greensboro. Now I’m back in Seattle hoping to take up dog walking and pet sitting once again!
