Sierra dropped by to care for my cat while we were away. She is responible, caring, and was sensitive to my cat's shy nature. She sent me photos and updates of her daily visits. Sierra is a delightful person, and i would recommend her without reservation.
Sierra was amazing! So easy to work with and such a nice person. She sent us updates and let us know he was being taken good care of. I would recommend her 100%. Our dog can be a little stubborn (he's a husky) and she seemed to have no issues handling him.
Sierra was great. Layla does not like to be left alone, particular in an unfamiliar vacation home. With Sierra's reassuring presence we were away for six hours and came home to a very calm dog.
Sierra was wonderful! Even the neighbors comment how great she was with Luna! She certainly deserves more than 5 stars! Getting updates everyday was so comforting!!! Will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Schedule
I currently work part-time in Truckee and the rest of the time I work at home. My partner also works from home part-time, so one of us is usually home and available to keep an eye on pups. During the winter months, I am on-call for storm monitoring most weekends so I may not be able to confirm availability if there is snow/rain in the forecast until Friday.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced yard and live close to the beach and trails. We do not allow dogs on furniture, but dogs have free roam of the place otherwise. A typical weekday will include hanging out in the yard (or inside) while I work, play breaks, and a couple of walks. When providing house-sitting or check-in services I will follow the client's schedule. I will propose a time for a meet and greet so that we can go over important/special details and so that I have an opportunity to meet the dog or cat and have you show me around your home. Open communication is crucial, so please do not feel like there is any information that is not worth sharing.
Pets
A typical day
Mental and physical exercise is important, so depending on the dog I will be happy to provide this in the best way for the individual. With my own dog, we typically go on long walks on the trails to get a good amount of sniffing time in and he frequently follows me on mountain bike rides and ski tours. I am happy to walk your dog individually so that they get all of the attention or to walk them with my dog if they would enjoy company. I am looking forward to hearing about how your dog enjoys spending their time!
