Hipooch daycare and boarding

Pet care experience

5 star Google reviews. Please visit our website and instagram page @ HIPOOCHDNB for more information. You can buy packages and save up to 20%. We also offer free daycare session for friends and family referrals. We are a home-based and family-owned and operated doggy daycare serving the Tri-Cities area. We provide daycare, boarding, hike and walk in nature, and pickup drop-off services. Our pooch guests will have access to a large fenced backyard to go potty or play. There might be a hike in nature in the daily schedule depending on weather and our own schedule. Please let us know if you have any concerns for outdoor activities for your dog. Pickup and drop-off is also available within the Tri-cities when scheduled in advance. Pick up and drop off price starts from $15 and up to $35 plus tax, depending on the location, please inquire. In the first session we meet and greet the pooch and the parent at the daycare to get to know the needs and personality of our pooch guest better and learn what the parent expectations are. We have specific dog friendly hiking trails and dog parks that we take our guests to so that they can enjoy and get enough exercise every day. A little about us: we are a young family with an energetic, gentle and friendly Bernedoodle. My wife and I have had our own pets since we were kids and have lots of experience with all sizes and many breeds of dogs. We understand dogs needs and care at various ages and life stages and can cater to them individually. We believe dogs enjoy being part of a pack and making new friends and that's why we provide a dedicated large area of our house to our business so that we can welcome more pooch guests. We treat our pooch guests as family and cater to their needs based on pooch parent's expectations.

We have a dedicated large space with lots of pet friendly amenities for our pooch guests and treat them like family, take care of their every need such as feeding, cleaning, going potty, walking, playing and petting. We strongly believe that dogs enjoy being part of a pack and therefore welcome multiple guests at once. We only accept neutered/spayed guests and do require health and vaccination records. We also ensure our guests don't have ongoing contagious health issues every time we accept our pooch guests. Our pooch guests have access to a large fenced backyard for going potty and play time. We also have a dedicated cleaning station for our pooch guests. We offer a trial first session (at reduced cost of $20) for all our new pooch guests. In the first session we meet and greet the pooch and the parent at the daycare to get to know the needs and personality of our pooch guest better and what the parent's expectations are. When we have more than 2 pooch guests staying with us we will have an experienced/licensed helper on-site to ensure proper care is provided to our pooch guests individually.

We accept all pooch sizes from small to large breeds. We try not to mix medium and large breed guests with our small breed guests, unless we see our small breed guests enjoy being around larger dogs and all can play safely and nicely together. Currently, we only accept dogs that enjoy being part of a pack and play nicely with others. Our hikers will be medium to large dogs who can go on longer hikes and play in nature. Small breeds will go on light walks (30-45 mins) only. We only accept pooch guests that are spayed or neutered. Currently, we don’t accept young puppies, senior dogs, or dogs with mobility or ongoing health conditions. We evaluate our pooch guests for behavior and ability to follow basic commands. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept guests with aggressive or other serious behavioral challenges. All our guests should keep their health and vaccination records up to date. All guests should be up to date with their Bordatella/Kennel Cough, Parvo/Distemper and Rabies vaccination. Our guests should be free of fleas and parasites. Please ensure regular de-worming and flea medication administration. Guests who show signs of diarrhea, vomiting, green or yellow discharge from eyes or nose, unusual sneezing or coughing, ticks or worms will not be accepted or will be immediately sent home.

We are a professional couple and work from home and will directly supervise and provide care ourselves. We love dogs and are already taking care of our 2.5 year old Bernedoodle. We have set up our walkout basement as a doggy daycare (Hipooch) equipped with all amenities for our pooch guests. When we have more than 2 guests staying with us we have experienced/licensed helpers on-site to ensure enough attention and care is provided to our guests. We take our pet guests to hikes, dog park, or light walks on a daily basis when hike and walk is booked with daycare and boarding. As owner of a large breed we understand that medium and large breeds require larger spaces to play and therefore decided to dedicate a large area of our house to our pooch guests. Our large fenced backyard is available to our pooch guests to go potty and exercise. We also have a cleaning station to ensure our pooch guests will be clean when returning to their parents no matter how much they've enjoyed themselves during the day.
