Dependable, mature, loving care!
I am an experienced, loving pet parent myself and I absolutely love all animals. I currently own 2 Australian Shepherds, both male, both neutered, and both dog-friendly! I’ve had animals most of my life, and was raised on a farm, surrounded by dogs, cats, goats, ducks, cows, chickens, and horses. Taking care of your pet with love and care is what I pride myself in. For boarding clients: I work from home much of the time. For the times I am not at home, my dogs have free roam of the house. Your pets will free roam as well unless you desire crating. I have two happy, healthy Australian Shepherds. If your pup comes over, be ready for lots and lots of play! I do not crate mine, but do have several crates if you prefer yours to crated. Whether in my home or yours, I will carry out care just exactly as you specify! I have a flexible work schedule, and am home much of the time. In addition to boarding, my work schedule allows me to schedule drop-ins and walks if that is what you need.

Shelly did a great job looking after our cat and dog for a long weekend! She made a special effort to come 3x a day so that our dog didn’t have to go too long between potty breaks. She communicated very well and sent us tons of great photos of our pets. I will definitely hire Shelly again. Highly recommend!
Shelly was the absolute best! She played endlessly with Finn, provided him a comfy spot to play and sleep, and was constantly intentional about giving him the best care. She sent such fun pictures throughout Finn's stay that showed his happiness and comfort. She had to problem solve because Finn was marking inside her house. She never complained or acted frustrated. She found a way to keep him from doing this and still expressed how much she loved him! This is so kind. She was always quick to respond and so easy to work with.
Shelly took such great care of Farley while we were gone. She is a joy, and he loves her like family!

Shelly is absolutely wonderful! She has been working with my puppy for a while and I can see how excited he is on my security camera. When he was having belly issues she was sure to give him his meds and help how she could. She reaches out with questions or concerns. I can tell she loves visiting. Thank you Shelly!

Schedule
I am available for boarding, drop-ins, and walks. I am currently working from home, so I am always nearby and completely available for your babies.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced yard. We also have a large fenced field that my dogs love to run around in. Whether I’m boarding, doing drop-in visits, or walks, safety is my top priority. Your dog must do fairly well on a leash if going on walks.

My two dogs are great hosts and love to have other dogs around. If your pups are boarding here, they will have plenty of fun and enrichment.
