2/15/26 - Hello all. I am taking some time away temporarily to help take care of my mom. I won't be taking any new gigs for the foreseeable future. Thank you for your understanding. love, shellei I have house and pet sat for 30+ years. I have experience with dogs, cats, and birds. I am open to caring for other animals. I currently have one cat, an orange tabby rescue. Previously I've had two dogs (Chow/Retriever and German Shepard) and a cat (Turkish Angora), all rescues. I've taken long term care of a rescued Greyhound. I take dogs on walks, play with them and their toys, and make sure they get lots of cuddle time, if they want it. I've house sat for folks that have finches and a fishpond. I have some experience taking care of an African Grey parrot and a Macaw. My cat is indoor/outdoor, but I understand if you do not want your cat going outside. House sitting and drop-ins are my full-time job. With the exception of current or pending jobs, my schedule is wide open, and I'd like to take care of your fur babies. Staying overnight is not a problem. I'll care for your home and pet like it's my own home. Stick to the set feeding and meds schedule. I do not give animals any people food. And unless it's an absolute emergency, I do not bring other people into your home. For house sitting and drop-in jobs, I like to stay within an 7-mile radius of where I live, which is around Central Ave and Indian School Rd in Phoenix. The sooner I am contacted about potential dates, the better.
