Before any stay, I like to learn as much as possible about your pet so I can provide the safest and most comfortable experience for them. Please let me know about their daily routine, energy level, temperament, and how they do around other animals and new environments. I also appreciate knowing about any medical needs, allergies, medications, anxieties, fears, escape tendencies, resource guarding, or behavioral quirks ahead of time. For dogs, it’s especially helpful to know their crate experience, leash manners, training background, feeding schedule, and anything that helps them feel most at home. My goal is to create a low-stress environment where your pet feels safe, understood, and cared for like one of my own.

Every pet is different, so I like to tailor activities to their personality, age, and energy level! For active dogs, we enjoy structured playtime in the yard, enrichment games, walks, basic obedience refreshers, and confidence-building activities. For higher-energy or working breeds, I can also incorporate mentally engaging activities and structured routines to help them stay fulfilled and relaxed. For pets who prefer a slower pace, I make sure they have plenty of calm attention, cuddle time, and a comfortable environment to relax in. I also provide regular potty breaks, supervised outdoor time, and lots of positive interaction throughout the day. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, happy, and cared for while keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible.
