We live in Prior Lake, just north of Cleary Lake! Me and my husband both help out caring for the dogs at our home. We also have a 3 year old son. I work part time, between me and my husband we are home often. I am very intentional to communicate with you during your dogs stay and send photos! I know it can be hard to leave pets, so I keep will you updated throughout their stay. We truly have so much fun. I would love to care for your dog and love on them while you are away! Our dog Chief is a 9 year old lab/golden retriever mix. We stay pretty active going for 1-3 walks a day and we love to play fetch with dogs! We do our best to make your pups feel comfortable and accommodate to their lifestyle. I make it a priority to care for dogs the same way they unconditionally love us humans!

We’ve had a great experience with Shelby! She had watched Galena before, and this time she also took care of Aspen, our 8 month old puppy. They had a wonderful time. She kept us updated with photos and videos, took them on walks, and gave them lots of attention and care. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. We would absolutely book with her again!
Shelby did a great job communicating with us daily. We got photos of how happy our dog was on walks, in the backyard and having big naps afterwards! Our goldendoodle is a high energy goofy guy and Shelby completely met his needs. We were so encouraged by her showing how she even reduced his pulling on the leash with a strategy around his middle. Truly a dog lover and whisperer. Would highly recommend!
Shelby and her family are my most trusted dog sitters. She sends pics often and responds to any inquiries promptly. My bernedoodle is so comfortable at her house!

Safety, trust & environment
We wake up between 6:30-7:00 everyday and let dogs out to go potty first thing. After that breakfast! We have a fenced in backyard, and we go on 1-3 walks a day if the Minnesota weather is good. You are welcome to bring any items that make your dog feel at home!

A typical day
We love going on walks and nature trails to explore, burn energy, and meet new faces! We have some toys around our home to play ball, tug of war, or SQUEAK!
