I have been providing dedicated pet care for friends and family since 2015 and officially joined the Rover community in 2023! Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience caring for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, fish, birds (both poultry and companion birds), and even tortoises. As a hands-on pet owner myself, I am well-versed in daily dog care and have specialized experience maintaining aquatic ecosystems for fish and axolotls. Additionally, my time volunteering at Hope Animal Shelter has given me valuable insight into animal behavior and specialized care. I would love to bring this lifetime of passion and experience to caring for your beloved pets! 🐾❣️

My top priority is keeping your pet's routine as consistent, safe, and stress-free as possible. Because every animal has unique needs, I strictly follow all provided care instructions to replicate the exact environment they are used to. In Your Home: I am incredibly respectful of your space and mindful of home security (locking up, bringing in mail, and keeping things tidy). I ensure doors and gates are securely closed, potential hazards are out of reach, and feeding schedules are met precisely. On Walks & Outings: Safety is always first. I keep dogs on secure leashes, stay highly alert to our surroundings, and avoid unpredictable interactions with unknown dogs. For Specialized Pets: Whether managing a specific feeding routine for a pup or ensuring a sensitive habitat (like a bird cage, tortoise enclosure, or aquatic tank) is stable and secure, I bring a high level of focus and care to the job. I also love keeping parents connected with regular updates and photos so you can have total peace of mind while you're away! 📸✨

Shealeigh took care of my babies overnight. She was communicative during her stay and provided pictures of them. They seemed to be happy even though it was a short stay. The house was as we left it. I will definitely book her in the future.
OJ said it's been too long. He loves being spoiled by Shealeigh. She takes good care with glorious pets. He was sad that it was too hot to spend too much time visiting. We enjoyed the photos of their reunion. Thank you. ❤️

Programa
As a full-time teacher and coach, I maintain a highly structured and reliable schedule! Because my availability shifts with the school year, here is what you can typically expect: August – February (School & Sports Season): Available most weekday evenings after 6:00 PM and all day on weekends. March – May (Spring Schedule): My afternoons open up significantly! I am generally available starting around 4:00 PM (sometimes earlier) on weekdays, plus weekends. School Breaks & Summers: Fully available! I love keeping active with pet sitting and dog walking during my time away from my school kiddos. If you have a specific date or routine in mind, feel free to reach out—I am always happy to see if I can make my schedule work for your pet! 🍎🐾

Reactions to the World: How does your dog react to meeting other dogs, cats, or strangers while on a walk? Command & Training Level: I am very comfortable working on basic manners! If your pup is learning to sit, shake, lie down, or housebreak, let me know so I can use consistent commands and positive reinforcement. Specialized Care (Aquatics/Exotics): For fish, birds, or reptiles, please let me know your specific feeding routines, tank/habitat parameters, or handling preferences.
