**Caring, Licensed, Insured & Trusted Dog Boarding

Pet care experience

**Welcome to my dog boarding service!** As a licensed dog boarder registered with Warrington Borough Council (License number HB67) and backed by comprehensive business insurance for dog boarding, I am committed to providing the best care for your pet(s). Unfortunately, I do not board Bull Dogs or Staffordshire Bull Terriers. To ensure that I am the right sitter for your pet and that your pet will fit comfortably into my home, I arrange an initial visit for both you and your pet at my home, which lasts approximately 15 minutes. Additionally, if either of us feels it is necessary, I offer a free 3-hour trial stay for your pet. This extended meeting helps build confidence and ensures that everyone feels comfortable with the match before committing to a longer stay. I work from home full-time and ensure a nurturing, family-oriented environment for all my guests. Due to my work schedule, I only accept low or medium energy dogs to ensure they receive the attention and exercise they need without disrupting my day. Additionally, all pets must be housetrained. Since childhood, pets have always been a part of my family, and although I no longer have my own, my home is filled with love, care, and is extremely pet friendly. When your pet joins me for their boarding holiday, they will enjoy a peaceful home with plenty of attention, fun, and games in my large, secure side garden and separate private back garden. Daily walks—either in the morning or evening—will keep them active and happy. Your pet will become part of my family while you're away, and I will stick to their routine as much as possible. What sets me apart from other sitters is my extensive pet care experience and specialized skills in dog care. I have honed my abilities in training and socializing puppies, ensuring they start their lives on the right paw, and I provide compassionate, attentive care for senior dogs with their unique needs. I also have hands-on experience with pets with special needs, including those with disabilities such as blindness, dementia, and mobility challenges—expertise that few boarders can match. To maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and security, I require each pet to be up-to-date with their vaccinations, as well as flea and worming treatments. For additional peace of mind, every dog will be provided with an air tag and contact information to ensure their safety. I also keep a comprehensive pet first aid kit at home, and my property is equipped with carbon dioxide detectors and fire alarms. Each pet should be comfortable spending up to three hours on their own and must be friendly with other pets. I am happy to update you daily, every other day, or as requested, to let you know how your pet is doing while in my care. My life is chilled and carefree, so you can rest assured that your pet will enjoy a nice, peaceful home with love, care, and attention during their stay with me.

First time booking a dog sitter and I feel like I struck gold with Sharon. She looked after my dog with care, in a home environment and made sure I had regular updates. When I collected my dog I could see that he was clean, happy and not in a rush to leave, all reassuring signs that he was comfortable there. Would recommend and will be rebooking.

My dog stayed with Sharon for a week whilst we were away and she was brilliant. Sharon sent regular updates including pictures and videos and we could clearly see that my dog was happy and healthy. We would definitely book again with Sharon.

Marvin took to Sharon from day one. He was very well looked after and cared for by her, so well that he almost seemed reluctant to leave her when I went to pick him up!

Safety, trust & environment

I take pet safety and security very seriously. My home offers two separate gardens so that pets can enjoy supervised play in an expansive side garden or relax in a private back garden if they prefer their own space. For added peace of mind, my property is equipped with carbon dioxide detectors, fire alarms, an alarm system, and security cameras. I also maintain a comprehensive pet first aid kit and provide each pet with an air tag (or a name tag with my contact details) to ensure they are always traceable and safe.

Information Sharon L. would like to know about your pet

Please share with me your pet's personality, routines, favorite commands, and whether they enjoy walks, playtime, or a quiet retreat away from other dogs. I value knowing their likes and dislikes so I can tailor my care to suit them. However, I do not accommodate dogs that exhibit significant anxiety or severe separation anxiety, as my home best suits calm, confident pets. Prior to boarding, all pets must be up‑to‑date with vaccinations (with proof provided) and treated for fleas and worms. To ensure the best fit, I arrange an in‑home visit to meet your pet and offer a free 3‑hour trial stay if needed.

A typical day

In addition to plenty of cuddles and playtime, your dog will enjoy daily walks tailored to their routine—whether in the morning or evening. If your pet is sociable, there’s also the opportunity to meet family and friends, offering extra socialization in a relaxed setting. I prefer low- to medium-energy pets so that while they get the exercise and stimulation they need, they also enjoy plenty of quiet, one‑on‑one time in a caring home environment.
