I’ve been a loving dog mum for 50+ years and have had large, medium and small breeds. Fully competent in dog training and behaviour as well as being Animal First Aid trained I have tons of personal experience of dealing with sickness and accidents Also licensed with a 4 star rating by Kirklees Council and fully insured. Chester’s House & Gardens is a home from home and your pal becomes one of our family. We have a good sized lovely home and very securely fenced gardens, all safety measures in place.

Sharon took fantastic care of our spotty friend when our regular dog sitter was away. She made sure we felt really comfortable with leaving Bailey, and was so attentive listening and honouring his usual routine. Bailey got on really well with her two friendly dogs and we couldn't have asked for more from her! If you want a lovely, caring person to look after your dog properly, then look no further than Sharon, she's the best!

Our little Italian Greyhound type dog stayed with Sharon at Chesters for 2 weeks when we went on holiday. He's a nervous little thing usually...but we were welcomed a couple of times a week before to 'get him used to things.' Honestly, he loved it from day one. We looked forward to the 'daily update' where a photo arrived on our mobile - usually of him in the very safe enclosed garden playing with the other dogs or sat on Sharons knee. When we went to collect him he was asleep in their basket with them! He has never done that before...and never been more relaxed. First of many more holidays for us...and also for him.Thankyou - we're so glad we found the perfect place.Best dog hotel EVER.
