I’ve been a lifelong dog lover and owner, with experience caring for pups from childhood through adulthood. I currently have a 4 year old Australian Cattle Dog/Beagle mix who keeps me busy with her high energy and curiosity. I’ve trained all of my dogs in basic commands such as sit, stay, and fetch, and I’d be happy to integrate these into my playtime with your pup. I understand the importance of structure, exercise, and love in a dog’s/cat’s routine, and I’m committed to providing attentive, reliable care to ensure your furry friend is happy and safe while you’re away. I will make sure your other furry friend (cat/s) have their meals served, litter boxes cleaned, playtime exceed your expectation, and give them the love and affection they too deserve. During COVID, I worked as a dog walker for a close friend, which gave me firsthand experience with drop-ins and daily walks. I know how to structure visits to include 30-40 minutes of walking, playtime, feeding, treats, water, and most importantly lots of love and attention for your pet. In addition, I frequently care for my parents’ 9 year old black Lab mix, who plays well with my own dog. I’m experienced in handling multiple dogs at once, including walking them together safely and ensuring they’re both happy and well exercised. I believe in clear communication and will always ask for detailed instructions about your pet’s routine. Written directions are required for clarity, for example, specific playtimes, treat schedules, preferred walking routes, emergency contacts, and the location of the nearest vet hospital. All of these details will be thoroughly discussed during our first introduction, ensuring your pet gets the personalized care they deserve.
