Shannan is very dependable and detail oriented. She takes excellent care of my cats and handles their different diets. The cats enjoy her company and playing with her. Everything is handled well: the cats are fed, the litter boxes are cleaned, the cats’ food bowls are even washed and ready for their next meal when I return. I’m very happy to have found Rover and Shannan. The cats get to be comfortable in their home while I travel and I don’t have to worry about anything. I highly recommend Shannan for your pet sitting needs!
Shannan provided excellent service watching my two cats for a week (twice per day). Besides being meticulous about the different feeding instructions / different foods for each cat due to medical issues, she also kept their litter boxes clean and engaged them for some playtime. She sent an update after each visit with a few pictures of the cats. She is dependable and professional. This is the first time the cats have had a sitter visit the house. It is wonderful to be able to leave the cats comfortable in their home instead of putting them through the stress of transporting them and placing them in a pet boarding resort. I highly recommend Shannan and have already booked her for another round of visits during my next trip!
Shannan went above and beyond to take excellent care of our Siberian cat. She sent daily notes and photos of our girl while we were away. She also informed us when our cat was throwing up pieces of foam and found the source of the problem and put it out of reach. We were very pleased with the care Shannan gave our girl while we were out of town!
Shannan was great! She was very attentive to our two cats. Communication was great! In fact the last day of pet sitting our heat went out and Shannan went the extra mile and gave the HVAC technician access to fix the furnace. We are so grateful.
Shannan is the best! She is knowledgeable with animals and super friendly. Our cat is comfortable around her and we know she’s in good hands when we go away on a trip. We trust Shannan and will continue to use her as our sitter as long as she lets us!
