Reviews

I was SO nervous to leave my dogs with a ‘stranger’ , they are quite literally my children. Shanna was so understanding and allowed us to visit before our trip with the pups and talk to her and see her place, she was so flexible and understanding and catered to their high maintenance needs. I would recommend her to everyone. My dogs were beyond comfortable in a new environment and we were gone for a week. I would give her 100 stars if I could!!

Jupiter loves Shanna❤️ She is so caring toward him and super easy to work with. Great communication!! Highly recommend!!!

I left Gunner (my 14 yr old GSP) with Shanna while I went to the packers shareholder meeting and he had just as great of a day as I did. Shanna responded quickly, was good communicator, and did a great job caring for Gunner for the day.

Here's a possible review: "Exceptional pet sitter! Shanna provided top-notch care for my puppy dog Theo, she went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and happiness. Trustworthy, reliable, and clearly passionate about animals. Highly recommend!"

Information Shanna L. would like to know about your pet
Some things about your dog that will be important for me to know are: 1. Routine: Their daily schedule for meals, walks, naps, and playtime. 2. Diet & Allergies: Specific food preferences, feeding schedule, and any dietary restrictions or allergies. 3. Behavior & Temperament: How they interact with other pets, people, or new environments. 4. Health Needs: Any medical conditions, medications, or special care required. 5. Exercise Preferences: Whether they enjoy long walks, playtime, or prefer a more relaxed environment. 6. Triggers & Fears: Any fears (e.g., loud noises, strangers) or behavioral quirks (e.g., separation anxiety, doesn’t like ears touched etc.). 7. Emergency Contacts: Vet information and any important contacts for their care. This information helps ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being while they’re in my care.
A typical day
A typical day with a dog I’m boarding/sitting starts with a morning walk to get their energy out, followed by breakfast and some playtime. Afterward, I’ll offer plenty of cuddle time or a nap in a cozy spot. In the afternoon, we might go for another walk, followed by interactive play like fetch or tug-of-war. Throughout the day, I’ll provide treats, training sessions (if desired), and lots of love and attention. Evenings are spent winding down with some calm time before bed, ensuring your dog feels safe and comfortable every step of the way! Every dog is different and activities can be adjusted depending on activity level of the dog.
