I maintain their regular routines, including feeding, walks, medications, and any special instructions. Pets can enjoy cuddles on the sofa, sleep in my bed if allowed, or use a crate as part of their normal routine — always with plenty of attention and supervision.

My detached home features a large, private, and secure back garden where pets can safely explore, and a calm, relaxed environment ideal for peaceful, home-from-home stays. I have a secure crate for dogs who use one, as well as all the essentials for cats, including litter boxes, scratching posts, and cosy spaces to rest. Whether it’s outdoor adventures, sofa cuddles, lap time, or quiet companionship, your pet will receive constant attention, care, and love. I also provide regular updates, photos, and messages so owners can relax knowing their pets are happy, safe, and truly cared for.

Shane was fantastic, we had been let down last minute by our dog sitter so we turned to rover and found Shane. we done a meet and greet and was rather nervous about having a stranger come to stay and watch our fur baby but Shane set our minds at ease. He gave us all the information we needed as we’d never used rover before. We were sent regular updates and loads of pictures. We came home and Nelly was so happy and seemed happier than when we had after her with our usual dog sitter. We will definitely be looking to use Shane again. He is a superstar.
Shane was absolutely brilliant. He was easy to book and communicate with. He also provided lots of photos while looking after our dog and from the pictures she looks like she had the best time with plenty of walks and cuddles which is what she loves. Thanks Shane

I honestly cannot recommend Shane highly enough! He looked after my dog Buddy while I was in hospital having my baby, and due to my baby being quite poorly at birth and needing special care, Shane very kindly extended Buddy’s stay twice for me. He was incredibly understanding and supportive throughout what was a very stressful and emotional time for our family. Shane sent me regular updates and several photos of Buddy every single day, which gave me such peace of mind while I was in hospital. Buddy was clearly having a wonderful time and was so well cared for. Shane’s older daughter was also absolutely incredible with Buddy, and they are both such lovely, friendly people who were always so easy to talk to. Shane has also been working with Buddy on his reactivity during walks and has done an amazing job with him. He even managed to take him into Pets at Home, which is something I never thought would be possible so soon! It’s lovely to see the progress Buddy has made. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter, especially during such an important and difficult time for us. I definitely won’t need to find another pet sitter again, Buddy will be going back to Shane every time! Thank you so much for everything you have done for Buddy and for being so understanding with us. We really appreciate you! 🐾❤️
Shane went above and beyond when he sat for Obie. I would not hesitate in recommending him. Obie was very happy with Shane and I would not hesitate to book him again.
Shane was top notch! He and his partner Lisa visited our house prior to the booking in order to meet our furry kids, 2 x German Shepherds…communication was excellent prior to the booking and also through the duration with updates and pics sent throughout. I would thoroughly recommend Shane and we have already booked him again for a two night stay at our house later this month. 11 out of 10……Gary, Elaine, Zak and Jaz

I work from home part-time, which gives me plenty of time to care for your beloved pets and provide companionship, enjoy walks and playtime all throughout the day.
