If a pet has a routine, I try to stick to that routine. That way they know that nothing is wrong and everything is going to be okay. I try to make them feel as calm and safe as possible.

It's hard to leave your future baby at home while you're gone. I try to assume people have many other things going on however, the service wasn't great. There was almost no communication about Quin, I had to prompt for an update after a few days and there was a bag of dog poop under the sink when I got home so the whole house reeked like poop. I've never had something happen house sitting before so not sure what was going on.
Shalene took wonderful care of my little dog. He was happy and healthy when I returned. My house was perfect. Kitchen and baths looked like they had just been cleaned. All was perfect. She is the best I have ever had. I will use her for sure in the future. Kudos Shalene!!
Shalene came on pretty short notice. Ozzy is always very happy to see Shalene and we feel secure that our doggie and our home are in good hands with her.
We have had to be out of town several times in the last couple of months. We have had Shalene watch Ozzie three times and he really seems to have a good bond with her. She is flexible and easy to work with.
Another excellent experience with Shalene! The house was left in great shape and doggies as happy as can be :)
