Hi! My name is Shakira I have been working with many different types of animals for years! I have experience with basic medicine, medication administration, and many other important concepts of animal care! I am passionate about my job and would love to help you care for your pet! I have pet sitting experience with many clients from past veterinary clinics, but I am looking to expand these services to more locals! I have worked with many species, including farm and exotic animals. I specialize in dogs, including utilizing low stress techniques for aggressive or anxious dog breeds. Shakira saved my dog’s life!! When I went out of town, she noticed that my dog, Jenny, was acting strange. With my permission, she took him to the vet right away, moments before he had a seizure! It was her help that allows us to diagnose Jenny’s diabetes and she has cared for her ever since! She helped us find the best way to give Jenny her shots, since she is so timid and scared of needles (understandable). She also gives her injections when we’re out of town! We wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for our Jenny. Great job Shakira!!!!!!
We would definitely recommend Shakira and will absolutely be contacting her again ourselves! She was excellent and patient with our two dogs and understood each of their differences. Shakira is very considerate and conscientious, too. Outstanding experience!
