My mission: Happy cat, happy you! You will always be kept in the loop with timely responses, detailed notes, and lovely photos or videos. You can enjoy total peace of mind and never miss a single sweet moment while away from home. I have over four years of dedicated experience caring for cats, including my own, friends', and community cats. I’ve also helped two stray cats find their loving homes. I’m prepared and experienced in handling the more challenging sides of cat care, such as taking medication, vomiting, injuries, eye infections, diarrhea, and parasites. During these difficult moments, I always stay calm, attentive, and proactive, making sure their comfort and recovery are the top priorities. I have a soft spot for cats recovering from illness and seniors (7 yrs+). I understand they need an extra layer of quiet companionship, gentle handling, and meticulous attention. I am more than happy to give them the customized care they deserve. One of my absolute favorite things to do is take photos and videos of these fluffy cuties—when they are cute, elegant, mischievous, hilarious, and so much more. Capturing these unforgettable, precious moments and sharing them with you brings me so much joy. I also enjoy teaching our little companions new skills, though they have to be in the mood for it! My younger cat has mastered 14 sweet tricks, while my older one decided one trick was more than enough. If you’re interested in cat training, I’d love to chat more about it!

Every cat has their own personality and pace, and I always follow their lead as we get to know each other. The moment a cat chooses to trust me is something I deeply value. From there, I gently build that bond through companionship, feeding, and play. To ensure everything goes smoothly, I’ve prepared a customized checklist for our Meet & Greet to note down the routines and preferences. When visiting your place, I always bring my own shoe covers. I’m also more than happy to help with light household tasks, such as bringing in packages and watering plants. I love sharing updates with photos, videos, and little notes, because I know how comforting it is to see your cat happy and cared for—I feel the same way when I’m away from mine.

We are so happy with Serena and her care of our kitties! She seemed to really care about their wellbeing and sent us detailed updates after each visit. She also has a knack for taking adorable photos of animals - I was seriously impressed by her photography skills. I would gladly have her watch my cats again in the future.
Serena took great care of my two cats! Before I booked with her, she spent time thoroughly getting to know their needs and behaviors. Throughout the stay she took great photos and shared detailed updates so I knew my cats were well taken care of, and the pictures clearly showed my cats enjoying playing and spending time with Serena! Serena did a great job with my skittish kitties! She was calm, gente and persisent, eventually convincing my Bubba boy to come out for a head scratch! That's saying something for my big scaredy cats who still won't even come out from under the bed for my own daughter! She was meticulous and extremely organized and detail oriented. Litter box was always clean, and canned food prepared. I got pictures and a daily update on my boys. Will 100% ask for her services again!
Serena was great at taking care of the kitties and really went above and beyond on spending quality time with them, cleaning up behind them, and making sure that they didn’t get into too much trouble while we were gone. It was really reassuring to see her care for them in our absence in all the photos/notes that she left for us
We had such a great experience with Serena while we were away on vacation! She took excellent care of Kitty and Mittens and was incredibly thorough and attentive. My schedule is flexible, and I manage my own time. Cat care fits seamlessly into my daily routine. I have ambient time every single day to dedicate to the cats, ensuring they get all the attention, love, and playtime they need. Of course, I'm ready to capture those wonderful moments whenever they happen!

- To give your cat the best and safest care, I’d love to know these details ahead of time: - Health & Medical: Any allergies, medical conditions, or medications they need. Also, your preferred vet and emergency contact info. - Diet & Routine: Their feeding schedule, portion sizes, and where they usually like to hide when scared. - Personality & Boundaries: Their favorite spots to be scratched, toys they love, and any 'no-go' zones (like being picked up or having their paws touched). Knowing these helps me respect their boundaries and keep them perfectly happy and safe!
