Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats as a sitter position since I was in middle school for my family. Scheduled feeding, bathroom breaks, medicine, and walks is nothing new for me! Bathing and basic grooming comes with the territory too, if you’d like. Having family and friends that work in animal care has given me the opportunity to have experience with all ages of pets as well as health knowledge. I’m patient with animals of various behavioral needs as well, and have even cared for fish and exotic pets. I’ve personally owned and care for dogs and cats have been a sitter on Rover since 2022.

Scarlett has been incredible boarding our dog, Casper, multiple times. She’s been very responsive and professional when we’ve reached out to her. Casper was also very anxious when he first met her and she was extremely patient with him which made us feel more comfortable leaving him with her. Scarlett also always sent pictures and videos to update us on him which we loved! We would highly recommend leaving your dog in Scarlett’s care if you want someone who really cares about dogs ❤️
Scarlett was so great with all my pets while I was away! She was very attentive and updated me during her visits and went above and beyond to make them more comfortable due to them having some separation anxiety. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did and I would highly recommend her for your pets. I hope to be able to book with her again!
Scarlett was amazing! She was extremely cordial, prompt, communicative, and got along great with my kitty cat Luna. She sent updates and videos during her visit with Luna, and put my mind at ease while I was away. I could definitely tell Luna was in good hands with Scarlett while I was out of town - she took care of all the feline care duties and administered Luna's medication like a champ. I definitely recommend her!

There are multiple parks near my own home to take dogs (or cats, if they like that!) to; I’m comfortable having pets in my car or we can walk if it’s close! I am incredibly flexible to all your needs and will be leave your home as I found it or better after my time there.

Please let me know any special needs or triggers your pet may have. I will be accommodating and I want the best experience for you and your fur baby. If they do or don’t like other animals, need frequent potty breaks, or don’t like loud noises for example, I will meet any need!
A typical day
I love going out and about with dogs, and if they like cuddles I love that too. I can keep up with high energy and play, go for runs and walks at parks, or even take them to a dog-friendly events. There are multiple dog-friendly parks locally/close by, or we could have a little drive and try somewhere new!

Availability
I have a full-time job with varied hours M-F and weekends off, and will absolutely make time for your pet! I’m available for boarding at owners’ homes, walks, check-ins, etc.! I have my own reliable transportation and often travel for work so could even try to work walks or check-ins into my workday.
