Sasha dropped in on my dog Willow a few times this week and I could not have asked for a better person to take care of her. Willow is very nervous around strangers, generally very distrustful and defensive, but she seemed to connect with Sasha from the start at the meet and greet. Sasha was so sweet and understanding with her, never pushing Willow to interact more than she wanted to. When she dropped in, Sasha took Willow outside and played with her (sent me the most adorable video!!), refilled her water, gave her some treats, and cuddled with her on the couch. Before she left on the last day she even cleaned up some of Willow's toys, which I am always terrible about doing. It was such a sweet gesture when I myself was already nervous about someone coming over, it put me right at ease. ? Sasha was very communicative and went above and beyond dropping in on Willow and I couldn't be more grateful. I will definitely contact her again for future drop ins when I need them!

Horrible experience. Sasha was left with 6 pages of very specific notes. The most agregious thing was empty and dirty water containers for all the dogs, which I took pictures of. Sasha was nice and comfy inside, running the AC for hours on end even when it wasn't hot (per the hourly energy usage details on pge.com which also lists outside temperature). She was specifically instructed not to. My electric bill is almost $500 because of the electricity use while she was here. She did not feed the dogs as instructed, no egg for each once a day, no sardines every few days, and the amount of food left makes me wonder if she feed them twice a day and the correct amounts. I got no videos of her throwing the ball for one of my dogs who loves that. I couldn't get in the house because Sasha had the chain on the door, shouting she was in the bathroom. She was clearly trying to cover her tracks inside. She had bedding in her arms and claimed she vacuumed the master bedroom, which had the door closed when I left. She swore she hadn't, "moved" my bed or touched anything. It was clear someone had stayed besides her, without permission. Both showers had been used and she was washing 2 towels. The guest room where she was supposed to stay had paint scratches/marks from the headboard hitting the wall and rubbing the headboard paint off. The plants inside were all bone dry except for a few. I ordered her out of my house and off my property I was so mad. I told her she was not going to get a good review.

Sasha is a gem. Responsible, arrives when promised and kept our house exceptionally tidy and our fur babies happy and fed. Definitely someone that can be trusted with your home and pets!

Sasha did an excellent job with our two dogs for 3 days! She arrived on time, took them on multiple walks each day, stayed in our home bringing in trash cans and mail. The house was clean, dogs were happy and all was well. We highly recommend her services!

Sasha was amazing with my whole crew! Not only was she very sweet but my Cappy doesn't like anyone and he loved Sasha. I came home to a very happy group of animals. She sent me texts consistently about their days and went above and beyond with getting them fed and their meds on time. Thank you, Sasha! I also came home to a tidy home.
