I am the kind of person who will happily stop you on the street to admire your dog. I’m an Executive Assistant living in a spacious one-bedroom townhome with my 8-year-old Chihuahua mix. She is extremely dog-friendly and always enjoys a good playdate. Originally from Vermont, I spent 10 years in Brooklyn before relocating to New Jersey five years ago. I have been a dedicated dog owner for the past 22 years and understand firsthand the responsibility and trust involved in caring for a beloved pet. I maintain a clean, organized, and calm home environment, and I pride myself on being considerate, responsive, and dependable. I know how stressful it can feel to leave your furry family member during the workday or while traveling. You can rest assured that your pet will be cared for with the same love, attention, and respect that I give my own. For the most up-to-date availability, please refer to my calendar. Additional Information: I have an 11-pound, very friendly Chihuahua mix in my home. To ensure safety and provide individualized attention, I typically host only one guest dog at a time. Sarah was amazing with our senior dog, Tinkerbell! She was gentle, patient, and made Tinkerbell feel right at home. We got updates throughout her stay, which gave us great peace of mind that she was well taken care of. We absolutely use Sarah again the next time we need a sitter.

Sarah was a wonderful dog sitter for our sweet 10 lb. Maltipoo. Sarah sent lots of regular updates, administered her medication and offered to have our pup meet hers beforehand so they would be comfortable around one another. Our dog felt right at home.
We were stressed out when we had a last-minute change of travel plans and needed to find arrangements for our new puppy. Sarah was truly a lifesaver by agreeing to watch River for us (a puppy! who is still working on crate and potty training! at the last minute!) and any anxiety we had about leaving our puppy with a sitter immediately disappeared after meeting Sarah and her pup Winnie. We got so many videos, photos, and updates on how our girl was doing over the course of the weekend - it was so clear that she was in great hands. Would recommend Sarah to anyone in a heartbeat! Awesome stay
We can’t say enough wonderful things about Sarah. She went above and beyond for our little pup during her stay. She treats your dog as if she was her own and her dog Winnie is so sweet and friendly it is as almost as your dog has an instant pal. Sarah is also very communicative. We received many wonderful updates many pictures and videos too during our vacation and if you miss your pup as much as we do on our vacations it gives you such peace of mind that you dog is happy and being well taken care of. We are so happy we found Sarah and we will be using her services for all our dogs needs.

Programa
Puppers get plenty of love and attention throughout the day as well as regular walks, treats and fresh bowls of water. Dogs are allowed to sleep in my bed if that’s their preference.

I only dog-sit in my home. I live in a clean and walkable Maplewood neighborhood and I have a friendly chihuahua mix at home to keep your doggo company.
