Sarah is the best sitter! I felt relaxed on vacation knowing my cats were in great care and loved while I was away! Sarah is very punctual and a great communicator!! I appreciated the daily updates and photos!! I especially appreciated that she took the time to love them with all the cuddles and playtime!!
This was my first time leaving my two cats, and using Rover! To say I was nervous, would be an understatement, but Sarah made me feel comfortable from the minute I met her! My cats are usually shy around new people, and they both came right up to her, so I knew everything would be ok! She has that calming effect for sure!! Sarah came everyday for almost two weeks! She sent detailed messages about how the cats were, what was happening with them, and lots of pictures, which I appreciated so much!! If I had a question, she answered me immediately! And if she had a question, she asked! Loads of communication, which is the best! I was never worried about them, because I knew they were in excellent care with Sarah!! If I could give her a 10 star rating, I would!! She went above and beyond caring for my two boys, and that made my vacation that much more enjoyable!!
We have two older male cats and a dog (Furface, Gummy, and Hopper), so Sarah was an amazing help when my family took a trip!! When she visited us she was very polite and gentle with our three boys. She was on time all the days we needed her. She took care to give one of my cats his medicine, clean the litter box, walk the dog, and play with all of them. She cleaned up after herself and the pets; all the food, treats, and toys put away neatly as they should. I’d say Sarah is the help you need :)
