Dog Day Afternoon
My first love was a cairn terrier named Zuzu, and I am lucky to share life with many other furry friends since. I am a regular sitter for 3 neighborhood dogs, taking them on walks, staying over with them, and hosting them at my place when they need some r&r from their human siblings! I have experience with puppies who are learning, old doggies who need extra love, and everything in between! I also have experience with dogs with special needs such as seperation anxiety and aggression. Ask my about my 3 years fostering one of the 117 Ross Rescue pups!

Sarah is incredible with our 10 year old dog Dobby. He is a picky dog but he adores her and is happy to stay at her place for days while we're away. She is attentive to care instructions, takes him for plenty of walks and sends fantastic photos! We come back to her again and again for care.
I have never met a person who so unconditionally loves dogs. Sarah has such admiration and respect for the canine soul, to deprive her of an opportunity to share this love and uplift dogs, any dogs, ALL dogs, would be a disservice and a cruelty.
Sarah watched our dogs twice while my partner and I were on vacation and we’ve never felt like they were in better hands (besides our own). Our dogs are big and have some health issues. Sarah did a great job following all of our directions, and asked when there was anything in need of clarification. She also sent updates and photos that were reassuring and kind. Both times when we arrived home it was clear they had been taken care of well. We’d recommend Sarah with total confidence!

I have a very flexible schedule and when a pet is in my care they have my full attention! I like working on commands and tricks and long walks.

I have a yard and live in a safe, walkable neighborhood. I keep the emergency pet number on my fridge and will keep a schedule for medications and other needs.
