Safety, trust & environment
I enjoy being able to help animals because they can’t voice when they need help or are in distress. I watch body language and activity to see how the pet is feeling. If they seem to be doing something unusual or worry sum, I will contact you regarding the matter asking if it is usual activity or if you know anything that will be helpful. If not I have a few tricks up my sleeve that may be helpful!
Information Sarah S. would like to know about your pet
Personality type of the dog? Are they nervous/shy or outgoing? How high is the energy level? Any health problems or medications I need to be aware of? Their favorite games, toys, and treats
A typical day
I use physical and mental stimulation to help keep the dogs happy while you are away. I use lick/snuffle mats and walks around your neighborhood to get their sniffs. I also love playing games they enjoy letting them run and burn their extra energy off to get a good restful day later!

I am pet CPR certified!
Pet care experience
I have taken care of neighbor and friends’ dogs while they were away on vacation since I was 9! With the power of word of mouth I was finding more people that needed help with their dogs. Now I use Rover to help promote my services! I have always been interested in animals, not just cats and dogs but all animals. I have previously worked at pet stores where I learned and took trainings on dog and cat nutrition. Now I am going to school to become a veterinarian assistant to help even more animals, where I also received my pet CPR certification. I have experience with newborn, senior, and disabled pet care. I use my previous knowledge from work and school to help keep dogs comfortable while you are away by reading their body language and using mental and physical enrichment to keep them happy until your return. I do not book requests without a meet and greet first. If you could send some details about your dog like: their energy level? Any known allergies? Any known medical conditions or medications they take? Are they a nervous/shy pet or one that loves meeting everyone? What are some of their favorite treats and activities?
Reviews

Sarah did a great job caring for my grumpy senior Siberian Husky, Dakota. She was contentious about cleaning up after her and making sure she got her medicine. Sarah even brought in her own stimulation toy to keep Dakota entertained. We will definitely book Sarah again!

Sarah is a fantastic communicator and does a wonderful job with my kitty. We have used Sarah as our cat sitter quite a few times now and would highly recommend her!

Are dogs are always comfortable and well taken care of when Sarah stays with them. She is a responsible sitter and we are always pleaser with her communication and updates.

Sarah has been great to work with! She did two walk through a with us and was extremely communicative during our trip. We will absolutely book with her again.
