Hello! My name is Sarah. I thoroughly enjoy caring for others’ pets . I have done so for friends, family, or through Rover and Trusted House Sitters for many years. I have experience with various dog breeds, age, and temperaments. I love caring for cats as well! I am quite active and able to keep up with walking schedules and play time. I take pride in maintaining cleanliness and respect of my clients’ home environment and schedules. I am a freelance writer and musician. Prior to this, I was a manager within the credit union industry for 12 years. With the nature of my current work, I am very flexible with schedules. I don’t have a full time, 8 hour day that I’ll need to attend to, however, I do occasionally have a music gig that will take me away for 4-5 hours at a time. I now offer boarding in addition to occasional in home sits. I have a duplex with a big, fenced in backyard in South Boise Village. It is nearby a dog park and very walkable.

Schedule
My schedule is fairly open with the nature of my work. I am able to adapt to just about any schedule during the days with 4-5 hour windows for potty breaks if I happen to have a music thing going on. Otherwise, I like to be available to your pets and spend time with them!

Safety, trust & environment
I treat a client's home and animals with respect and cater to the needs that they are accustomed to. I am attentive and understanding of varying needs of the client and their pets. I am a well-kept, clean guest and strive to leave a clean home for my client's to return to. My own home is a safe environment for any kind of temperament in an animal. I don’t have my own pets or any children in the home. I live in a quieter neighborhood with great walking access and a dog park nearby.
A typical day
I will make sure to adapt to whatever your pet is used to or would enjoy on a typical day; playing fetch, going on walks, running, hiking, or just lounging around on the couch for movies and football. I will stick to your pet's usual schedule for meal times, potty breaks, and other activities.
