I have owned three dogs over the past 15 years. Our current pup Ruby is 10 years old. I am semi-retired with a flexible schedule. I have cared for cats and large and small breed dogs. I volunteer with a local animal shelter and also with an equine assisted therapy organization. I am certified in pet first aid and CPR and hold a level 1 Reiki therapy cat/dog/horse certification. I have genuine love for animals and enjoy providing extra special attention and customized care to each because every pet is cherished and unique. Your pet will always be treated like family, and you will feel confident in knowing that your pet is safe, cared for and happy. References are gladly available upon request.

Safety, trust & environment
There are beautiful walking trails nearby along with local hiking spots. I will work with you and your pet to assist your pet in feeling comfortable, safe and cared for. I am available for walks in your neighborhood as well. I will meet with you and your pet ahead of time to review their daily schedule and any special care/needs they may have. Your pet will always be fed, watered and exercised on a regular, daily basis. You will always receive regular updates and photos of your pet(s) enjoying each day's activities. Caring for your pet is a privilege and a responsibility that I take very seriously. PLEASE NOTE: I cannot stay at your home overnight at this time. I can do regular visits first thing in the morning, throughout the day and last thing at night if your pet is okay to stay alone over night.

Jack is a bit of a pill and has not done well the last few times in the kennel. He’s afraid of everything. Sarah had the patience of a saint snd took great care of him. He was very happy and relaxed when we got home. We will be using her again in the future. I highly recommend her!

Schedule
As mentioned above, I am semi-retired. My time is flexible, and I will work around your schedule. I am available seven days a week and will make every effort possible to accommodate you and your pet's needs.
