Hi! I can’t wait to make all sorts of new dog and cat friends! Currently, I am caring for 6 cats at my own home and love watching how all of their personalities mesh together. Don’t worry—four of them are not permanent residents. I foster through Flatbush Cats, so I’m looking for more ways to be able to help out in the pet community near me! I can give sub q fluids, administer oral medication, and have experience caring for kittens as young as 4 weeks as well as senior cats and senior dogs. While I currently don’t have a dog living with me, my partner has a GSD that I adore! I also have experience caring for bunnies as well and could pick up instructions for almost anything!

My goal with my cats is since they can’t tell me how they are doing, I try to do everything I can to enhance their lives and give them enrichment through puzzle toys and training through positive reinforcement. I feel the same way about dogs and believe every pet has the right to be respected and believe it is our responsibility as pet owners to ensure they can have a trusting relationship with us.

Sarah did great with my cat while I was away! She’s super wary of strangers and Sarah was able to enter our home and get everything done while minimizing Juniper’s anxiety. She was super patient and did an amazing job.

Sarah was fantastic! So responsive and laid back. She gave thorough visit notes, and even went above and beyond to leave food and water out for a stray we are caring for. I would absolutely recommend her!
She was very nice and flexible with me when it came to feeding times! She fed them exactly what they needed. But the only things I noticed was that she didn’t stay the full time I payed for. Which was an important thing for me since I work from home my cats are used to me there a lot so I just wanted a little normality for them. Aswell as that she left my lights on. The lights were most likely a mistake because I completely understand I sometimes do it myself, though it was just a bit annoying due to me not being home for over 10 hours so the energy conserver in me was panicking. Otherwise though, she took a lot of pictures and I could see on my pet camera that she was very affectionate with them and gentle.
My cats warmed right up to Sarah! She is warm, attentive and just all around awesome I'm so glad we found her

Schedule
I work a 9-5 at CHOP so will be unavailable during those hours. I’m very flexible in the mornings and evenings for check ins, and I am typically fully available on weekends!
